John Spain Associates acted for Royalton Developments as planning consultants for the development of a large scale apartment and neighbourhood centre development on a brownfield regeneration site at the former railway lands on Carnlough Road, Cabra. The scheme known as Hamilton Gardens, which has recently been completed, provides a total of 484 apartments and a new neighbourhood centre on a highly accessible site in Dublin’s north suburbs. The scheme was granted permission in 2020 by An Bord Pleanála, as a Strategic Housing Development, and includes a total of 9 blocks, with heights of up to 8 storeys.
