John Spain Associates have provided planning consultancy services for the continued expansion of Northwest Logistics Park, and the adjacent Northwest Business Park, since c. 2017.

JSA helped secure planning permission from Fingal County Council for 11 no. logistics / warehousing / light industrial units of varying scales, a high technology manufacturing unit, and a café and convenience building, through a series of planning applications for the continued phased development of the lands between 2017-2023.

In addition, JSA provided planning consultancy services for a large-scale extension of the logistics park (c. 55,000 sq.m of floorspace) on the Mooretown lands to the north of NWLP, to be known as Ellipse Logistics Park, for which permission was secured in 2023 and construction has commenced.
