John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants for large elements of a new city quarter in the Dublin Docklands known as Spencer Dock. The Spencer Place development forms part of this regeneration project and includes 400 apartments, in addition to office floorspace, a 212 bedroom hotel, the restoration of the former Railway Hotel building, a protected structure, and a new public realm network.
