Overview
JSA Planning coordinated the planning application for 463 student bedspaces on a brownfield infill site at 107–115 Dorset Street Upper, Dublin 1. The development regenerates a vacant inner‑city site and delivers high‑quality, purpose‑built student accommodation close to major third‑level institutions.
JSA Planning Role
JSA managed the pre‑application process, coordinated design team inputs, and prepared all planning documentation. The scheme includes active ground‑floor uses such as retail, café, restaurant and gym space, along with extensive internal student amenities. JSA also assisted with pre‑commencement compliance and secured subsequent amendment permissions.
Outcome
A final grant of permission was issued by Dublin City Council with no third‑party appeals. The development is complete and operational.
