John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants for Mountpark for the development of a state-of-the-art logistics development known as Mountpark Baldonnell II, an extension of Baldonnell Business Park in South Dublin.
JSA has successfully secured planning permission for the following units under three separate planning applications for the phased development of the lands between 2017-2022:

• Unit G – c. 9,005 sq.m
